Author: Professor William Butler

Professor William (Bill) Butler is currently Chair of the Cyber Security Program at Capitol Technology University located in Laurel, Maryland (Capitol is a NSA/DHS CAE IA/CD designated institution). Bill is completing his Doctoral research in consumer-focused cellphone security at Capitol. Bill’s other research interests are protecting critical infrastructure and developing cloud security models and methods in combating international cyber-crime. Bill is a retired joint qualified Colonel of Marines with over 26 years of service. Bill can be reached at whbutler@captechu.edu for future research collaboration.
