He specializes in insurance coverage litigation (representing policyholders), and the use of novel insurance products to manage risks associated with product recalls, data breaches, and other liabilities. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Bick has recovered over $300 million of insurance proceeds for his policyholder-clients, 90% of which was recovered without resort to litigation. He has developed extensive expertise in insurance coverage for claims arising from pollution, employment practices, officers and directors liability, professional liability, products liability, intellectual property disputes, and construction defect claims.
