As the CEO and Managing Partner of Inteligenca Inc., Carmen Marsh leads a team that consults small and mid-size business with cyber risk management, and audit & compliance for large technical implementations. She started Inteligenca after 20 years working with companies needing people who understand technology, including Sony Incorporated, Stanford Research International, Meridian Systems/Trimble, USC, and CEA. But Carmen’s first interest is building up people. She has turned her energy towards creating opportunities for a new generation of digital warriors. The 100 Women in 100 Days Cybersecurity Career Accelerator program is developing security experts for companies like Intel, IBM, Centene, and others. Carmen’s program provides these women with a free education and accreditation needed to obtain the top industry certifications. In 2020 she started the United Cybersecurity Alliance – the non-profit organization, to manage the programs and events she founded, including “The Cybersecurity Women of the Year Awards”. “Ally of the Year Awards”, Sacramento Valley Cyber Salons and the CapitolSEC’ Election Security pitch events. Carmen graduated from University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
