Jessica Trombley-Owens is an Air Force Veteran with 18 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, Special Operations Command (SOCOM), DARPA and the Air Force. Jessica began her career as a SIGINT analyst at Ft. Meade, MD. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Intelligence Studies and Foreign Policy. Her background in software development, cyber survivability, SIGINT collection systems and special operations tactical cyber support brings a wealth of experience to the PLEX team. In her spare time, she teaches yoga, enjoys running and raising her two tiny humans.
